Returns and refund policy

Firstly, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you have likely ordered from us. Which means we owe you a big “Thank you” as nothing makes us happier than making you happy, and so as such we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. Rest assured we would like to make things as easy as possible when mistakes arise. That said, here are some things you might need to know…

  • You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment – we try to pack and ship within 1 to 3 days so please get in quick to avoid any disappointment
  • If your order is not what you ordered – In other words we have packed and sent the wrong item (whoops) that was not on your order form, then we will completely replace with the right item at no postage cost to you. We would expect that you would post us back the wrong item however this would be at our cost.
  • If the item has been damaged in transit then we can replace (where possible) or consider a refund or gift voucher once the item has been returned to us. Please contact us within 3 days of arrival so we can agree on organising postage back to us. Postage may be at your cost unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If you don’t particularly like the product when it arrives (hey it happens sometimes) you can return it within 10 days of receipt then we can supply you with a gift voucher upon return of the product– postage would be your cost here and we would hope to receive the returned item in one piece on arrival  J  Please notify us first via email at info@serenityplus.com.au
  • As we also have a bricks and mortar shop and on the very unlikely event that a one off item is sold in the physical shop at the same time as its also ordered on our online shop we will endeavour to offer you something similar or offer you a full refund.
